The best greens I have seen on a public golf they were in absolutly immaculate condition but the tees fairways and layout/design of the course was something to be avoided. The 1st 4 holes look like no thought has gone into the course design at all and it feels like you are on a field and not a golf course.
I would give this course 4/10 and it only got points because of the beautiful greens.!!

We have played Allerton 3 times as a society, and will be going back for sure. We all had a superb day there, the course is excellent value for money, the greens are excellent, I didn't mind the lay out of the course, I've seen far worse for more money, and it's flat which is good for the older members of our society who are starting to creek a bit.

Lovely course. Extremely friendly welcome from the Pro as well as my playing partners. Quite easy to play - straightforward. Course is is very good condition and one needs to hit accurately to keep the scores low. I enjoyed my visit indeed!
