Course Reviews I first played this course in 1976 aged 14 and since then its gone through many changes and to be fair the off course facilities are worst they've ever been because they're aren't any! No club house and a small pros hut.
They have tried to redesign the course to include a driving range which is just a big hill and I don't know if there are any plans to finish it off. Unfortunately the building of this range has ruined the 1st hole and the green on the 9th. The 1st has become a 120 yrd ptich and putt par 3 while the lovely big 9th green has now become a small pock marked green, very sad.
Now you may wonder why i've give it a 7.5 out of 10. Well, it's only 6 to play and the rest of the course was in magnificent nick when I played. You can tell that the green staff that are there take a lot of care on the actual course itself. On the whole the greens are great and run true and the holes are well defined with a fairway a fringe and then the rough.
All this course needs is a little investment off the course and some extra TLC on the 1st and the 9th, but to be honest for £6 its great value and I went round on my own in only 2.5 hours which is always great!

Me and a friend played today for the first time and i would like to say how much we enjoyed the course, it's very well kept and all the greens and fairways are lovely. Thanks again.

I would say that this course is very challenging and it is
very cheap and good for its money. Also i would say that it is a very well designed course.
