Reviews A 9 hole municipal course. Costs £5 for 9 holes. Ideal if you can't spare the time for a full round. The fairways are fairly narrow, the rough is quite long and the greens are in reasonable condition. The shop is adequate and the equipment and refreshments are sensibly priced. This course is ideal for the beginner and a lot of beginners play here. The holes are short but there are still enough hazards to punish wayward shots. Overall, this is an enjoyable course to play for a quick, fun round of golf. Darren May 13, 2005
