A bit of a curates egg, an 18 hole course with no par fives but some long par fours. There are a few interesting holes mostly on the back nine but a lot of holes are mid length par fours with little trouble and adjacent fairways meaning that wild drives are rarely penalized. The course is a nice test for the higher handicapper who will find it enjoyable challenge, low handicappers might find the flat slow greens and generous fairways don't offer enough of a test.
Condition depends a lot on the time of year, it gets very boggy in the winter and the high volume of traffic in the summer can take its toll but in the spring it can be in great shape. Alex Wolfenden April 6, 2006
The nicest golf course in the area by Far.. Amazing greens, gorgeous fairways, Clear rough. Lovely bunkers... And for only £5.40 for 18 holes it's perfect for 16 and under. Dont expect anything less. Samuel Phillips September 1, 2006
