NB - Both the driving range and the bar & coffee lounge have been refurbished since this review was published
The course had real potential, however 16 pounds per round is just too expensive. The course is in a poor state of repair and the facilities are dilapidated! The staff appear friendly, but there is no bar and the pro shop has virtually no stock!
The greens were good, as were the bunkers, but the fairways and paths were very poor. Signage was non existent, we had no clue where we were going at times!
A fair price would have been £10. Front nine wide open back nine tightest I've played!
No airs and graces, and completed a sunday morning round in less than 4 hours.
We were told that a new owner has bought the course and plans to apply for an alcohol license and to tidy up the course! This would sort out my moans!
