Course Designer	The Club was founded on the 26th May 1910 and was opened by the great triumvate of Harry Varden Open Champion 6 times, H.Taylor, James Braid, Open Champions 5 times each, who were joined in play by Alexander Herd.

Reviews	I am the current club champion, this golf is quite an easy and forgiving course. The fair ways are wide and the greens are average size. The course is under new maagement. This season i have seen a vast improvement in the fairways and greens. A new club house is now due. Lacks a pre start driving range. Martin Gayle September 30, 2005
