Course Designer The Irvine Golf Club was established in 1887 and modified by James Braid in 1926.

About Irvine GC The links fairways, built on sand, are divided by gorse and heather. Every hole has its own unique character together with true and fast greens. The course demands accurate shot-making, after all, it has produced three Scottish Amateur Champions in Hammy McInally, Jimmy Walker and Jack Cannon, who all honed their skills at the Irvine Golf Club.
