Out of the town, the course is well signposted off the B794
Haugh of Urr road - going through Maxwell Park to a spacious
parking area, which is provided for members and visitors. An
approach to the clubhouse can be made using the well-worn track
through the Rounall Wood, which is also signposted.

with some truly magnificent views along the Urr valley, north
to Cairnsmore of Fleet and south to Kippford and the Lake
District hills."
