St Regulus Ladies Golf Club was founded in 1913 as the "Madras Ladies" Golf Club. It originally had 25 members, mostly former pupils of Madras College (the local High School) and a few friends. By 1920 the friends outnumbered the F.P's and the Club's name changed to St Regulus.
The Club organises numerous golf competitions playing over all the St Andrews courses including the Old Course.
