Very disappointed with Mar Halls treatment of The West of Scotland Golfers Alliance, we were scheduled to play on Tuesday 1st Feb 2011. BUT were told at the last minute that our event was effectively cancelled at 5pm on Monday 31st Jan ...2011, the night before!!! Not the way to treat a group of 60 golfers. Shame as people were looking forward to playing and had made travel arrangements and taken time of work. Bad customer service and creates the impression that they dont care!
Oh well guess we will have to play elsewhere............
