I played the Astbury in early June and it is one of the best courses I have played, and I have played around three hundred. The course was in magnificence condition. The Astbury has to be the best course in Shropshire, and also one of the best in the Midlands. The course is a real challenge but also a fair challenge. The Astbury has to be one of the best value for money courses in England. Just to stand on the 18th tee and look at the stunning views is worth the green fee alone. Can't wait to return.
