Parkland course with magnificent countryside views. Good natural drainage, computerised irrigation and large tee areas make it ideal for year-round play. Good greens.
Worfield co-hosted the English Mens Senior Championship in 1999. Subsequently the Midlands Scratch Stroke Play, the Midland PGA Assistants Championship and numerous County events have been held.

A good all round course that is always open. The fact that it is always open shows as a few of the fairways are slighty worn but overall all are in good condition. The holes are challenging not doubt due to the fact that it has to lakes and is very hilly. The Natural sloping landscape of the course makes drainage very good so you dont really need to worry about getting your feet wet. A par 72 should really be a par 73 due to the first hole but if you do play the course which i very much suggest you do you will see what i mean. R Jay
