Great lay-out! Goodish greens. However, the tees need a complete overhall. They are lumpy, undulating, and in need of a cut. The fairways are lacking in grass. You will be lucky if you get a decent lie, much better off in the first cut of rough !!
The new ninth green is a joke!
If you drive well the course is reatively easy.
