The Mill is a mature rural parkland course with extensive features, dotted with water hazards. The Spires is the Midlands' first US-style Par 3 course, with rolling terrain and further water obstacles
The Spires, the Midlands first American specification 9 hole, par 3 course with its rolling terrain and challenging water hazards, still proves to be a demanding test of golf.

Reviews
This is one of the best courses I have ever played. It is a tough test of golf always interesting and in a wonderful setting. The condition of the course is fabulous.
The facilities are first class with an excellent bar and restaurant.
I cannot speak too highly of this course. Andrew Lawrence
Seedy Mill is a very good challenging course and is a
nightmare if you hit big but slice. if you play well you can really enjoy it and the scenery of it is beautiful. the grounds men keep it top quality and keep the greens the same speed every year. If you get in the rough then you are in trouble it is like Scotland's rough.

I found it to be in poor condition, patchy greens and poor drainage the less said about the bunkers the better.
