This is a short round, but challenging enough for the likes of us (16-20 hc) playing the course for the first time. The front 9 was the more interesting half, but the back closed with a scenic par 3 and 4 coming home.
The fairways and greens were all in very good shape, even and true throughout the round. Overall it was a very enjoyable and rewarding day, and fairly priced at £25 for visitors playing at about 9.30 on a Saturday.
A few holes were a bit noisy, owing to the proximity to rail and road, but the easy access from London to Hersham rail station is an attractive draw for those not wanting or able to drive.
