Set within the rolling Clwydian hills, this is a picturesque 9 hole woodland golf course. More challenging than the yardage may suggest - this is no 'pitch and putt'.
Spectacular views from golf course. In village of Caerwys. However, greens a bit rough with some pot holes. Very much a course for tourists and occasional golfers. Club house disappointingly tatty and catering poor.

Played here for the first time recently after being recommended by a few golfing buddies.
Have to say the course was a delight to play, actually a lot more challenging than the average 9 hole course and the views were wonderful. After golf we were welcomed in the club house for a refreshing pint of much needed beer and might i add, one of the best 'bacon butties' i've had in a long time! Lovely afternoon had by all.

A quick message to let people know that Caerwys Golf Club is under new management and has been since the 1/9/10. We aim to offer an inviting and warm welcome to all, and since the particulary harsh winter months we have gone from strength to strength. To quote many of our members and visitors "the course has never looked so good". We are slowly but surely improving all of the facilities including the club house, so please phone or call in to have a go on our deceptive 9 hole course. Club Comment June 2, 2011
A much improving course with fast sloping greens that really challenged us. Fairways well cut. We enjoyed playing Monday very much.
Saturday was not so pleasant. The course seemed full of parties of very mixed abilities who shouted to each other. This made it distracting and spoilt our golf. Monday was a totally different course with well behaved enthusiasts. Club house welcoming.
