Course Reviews Looks easy & short but a few of the holes are tricky with water hazards, sometimes a layup is better than a full blooded drive!

Tried to play during late Autumn last year. It was difficult to find and we ended up 5 minutes late for tee off. Despite being fairly quiet they wouldn't let us play. I could understand that from the Belfry but not a small 9 hole course.

Super 9 hole Golf course.
Brilliant staff and groundsmen.
Exellent value as well.
Dave Johnson July 6, 2008

A decent course, not for the big hitters, more a test of controlled golf.
The course is in decent nick with the odd daisy on some of the greens and the occasional pot hole.
A few risk and reward holes where you can go long and get a good score or get into trouble and end up wishing you had layed up.
£10 for 9 holes is good value.

A nice little course that is ideal for begginers to get to grips with the game and to gain some confidence. I found the greens to be very fast and it should be noted that most of the greens are not in the best of nick and are heavily sanded. The first 4 holes are rather tame however don't be fooled by that as the 5th hole can be a nightmare if you get your tee shot wrong and the lake in front of the green has become the final resting place of many a stray ball. The 7th and 8th holes can also be tricky but apart from that the course is fairly easy and provides a very enjoyable round. The course is not too fussy about the dress code, you cna wear jeans if you wish as long as you wear a polo shirt. at £10 for 9 holes excellent value for money.
