About the course

The signature hole is surely "Curlies Corner". This hole has no room for error. At 184 yards from the medal tee, the green, surrounded by water, has ruined many a good card. The 15th is also a nerve tester, at just 257 yards par 4 and aptly named "Temptation". It has water on both sides of the hole, which needs a good drive and nerve to reach the green from the tee.

Reviews

Good course, some testing holes in particular the last par 3 (target golf required, and the 250 yards par 4 (Temptation), makes you pull out the driver but fortunately (for me) there is safety to the right pin high but water short both left/front and right which makes you think twice about laying it up short.
Mick Delaney

A well designed course with some tempting holes. Fairly easy to birdie or par most holes.

One word can describe this place "Superb" from the moment you come through the gates you are greeted with polite friendly people, I have played the course twice now once in summer where the greens are at a great standard, firing the ball at the pin is a must, and once again in the winter 2005 where considering the heavy down pours it put most courses in the region in there best summer nick to shame, the Hotel/ fairways bar is a credit to the designer and the staff are professional and well presented.
If I lived within 30 minutes of the course I would definitely join, and would recommend to any level of golfer.
