A challenging, physically demanding course with some steep climbs at the end of each nine. There are also some long walks green to tee but the effort is well worth it.
The course is heavily wooded, literally being carved out of woodland in some places.
The Blackwater River makes its presence felt on a number of holes, but mercifully only a few bunkers caych you out. Richard Moore
