El Varadero, located on the San Bernardino crags, is a spectacular 18-hole course, a combination of three golfing design styles: Classic/Links/Target Golf.
It has several salt water lakes that connect directly to the sea, a feature that makes it almost unique worldwide.

The Club has hosted two European Challenge Tour Grand Finals (1999 and 2000).
