The challenging Windsor's threads its way through a verdant indigenous forest and water hazards, numerous bunkers and several testing island greens make it a challenging, yet enjoyable golf course.
Apart from dozens of exotic African bird species, hundreds of Sykes monkeys frolic around the course, which gives the Windsor Golf a real African flavour.
Reviews
Definitely worth the drive from Nairobi (30 mins). Beautiful course winding through jungle/coffee plantations. Spectacular wildlife. Ask the caddy the name of those monkeys: "Sir, they are monkeys. They do not have names!" The fairways can sometimes get a bit ragged in places due to the climate, but the army of local women weeders keep the course in great condition most of the year. Fantastic hotel, pool, bar and restaurant attached. One of the best golf experiences to be had. Overall 10/10 Chris Foan September 8, 2005
