The Meknes Royal Golf Club is laid out in the heart of the imperial city of the Sultan Moulay Ismaïl, "with the roofs and minarets of the medina as a background, in a garden overflowing with flowers, plum, orange, palm, olive and apricot trees."
Not far from the 4th green, a Moorish door leads into the Royal Palace.
On the 7th green a mosaic staircase leads to the remparts and the clubhouse.
Floodlights allow night play.
