Saïdia nicknamed "the Blue Pearl", is located in the province of Berkane, on the Mediterranean coast, 58 km from the north of Oujda city and its airport, and 100m from the Algerian border.

The course aims to be the venue for high profile professional and amateur competitions. It incorporates water hazards, island greens and a spectacular closing hole.
The 6th Golf King's Cup was held June 14-19, 2009 on the the Palmeral Golf Saïdia.
The event marked the official launch of the Mediterrania Saïdia resort.
As part of the tourism complex being developed in Saïdia - Morocco, there will be two more 18 hole-courses: Las Lagunas and El Oasis.
