A long and challenging 9 hole golf course along side the Motueka river.
Approx. 25 mins south of Richmond, G.D.G.C. now has New Zealand's longest Par 5!
Lush fairways and greens during autumn, winter and spring. The fairways have a lot of run during late spring and summer and the greens firm up a little as well.
As far as a small country club goes, you couldn't get better value for money in Nelson (some say NZ) for a round of golf at NZ$10 for 9-18 holes.
The club house has a bar which is open most weekend afternoons.
Club day for members is on Sunday, but all visitors and potential members are warmly welcomed anytime!
