general condition of 27 holes are good. caddis are good by average. Layouts are nice but the it can be improve particulary rough areas which sometime without care that make game less challenge. Management should improve some regulation such as golf cart can not be drive by golfer and other arrangement should be adjust e.g. privilege of Korean golfer who can tee off anywhere and did not keep they tee-off time. Some players who are guest of owner have a lot of privilege particulary slow play and make a lot of noice
