Cleckheaton Golf Club was originally situated in Gomersal around the woodland area of Fanwood. In 1922 the Golf Club moved to its present location at Chain Bar.
Location Located in a pleasant parkland setting at Junction 26 of the M62 motorway which links with the M1 and M6 and provides easy access from all parts of the country. On leaving the motorway, pick up the signs for Bradford and Low Moor (NOT the M606). The entrance to the golf club is 500 yards on the left.
