Whilst many fairways are tree lined you are unlikely to lose your ball if you stray into them as the grass is kept short. Greens have true putting surfaces playable all year round.

Shocking. Tees like council football pitch goal mouths, greens so small, slow & grass too long. No definition between greens & fringes. Fairways just mud. What was once a prestigious course is now no better than a park pitch n putt.
