Golf Insurance Summary of Benefits PERSONAL
LIABILITY For
the personal negligence of the insured arising out of participation in golf up
to £5,000,000 for any one accident. Non Negligence Cover - Accidental damage to
third party property up to £5,000. PERSONAL
ACCIDENT The
following benefits will be payable provided that the accident is suffered by a
policy holder whilst taking part in golf, up to the age of 85 and resulting within
12 months of the accident. BENEFITS

SUBSCRIPTION Reimbursement
of Club Subscription in the event of an accident whilst playing golf rendering
the insured unable to play golf for more than 60 consecutive days, up to £1,500 HOSPITAL
COVER Following
an accident, whilst participating in golf, resulting in emergency hospitalisation
exceeding 24 hours, a benefit of £50 per day will be paid up to £700. DENTAL
TREATMENT COVER Emergency
dental treatment as a result of injury to insured's teeth caused by a direct blow
whilst playing golf - Limit £300 HIRE
OF GOLF EQUIPMENT Hire
charges up to £250 following loss of equipment which is subject to a claim under
the policy during overseas travel. LOSS
OF GOLFING TROPHIES Up
to £1,000 where there is no other insurance in force. PERSONAL
EFFECTS UP TO £500 Theft
or damage of personal effects whilst in the clubhouse [Limit of £100 any one article]. TOURNAMENT
ENTRY FEES REIMBURSEMENT Tournament
Entry Fees Reimbursement due to accident or sickness up to £250 HOLE
IN ONE PRIZE - £100 Re-Imbursement
of your bar bill up to £100 in respect of a HOLE IN ONE achieved in an official
Club Competition which must be verified by the Club Secretary. TERRITORIAL
LIMITS The
Terms and Conditions as stated within the policy include anywhere within the United
Kingdom. Worldwide
Cover: The policy is extended to include anywhere in the world subject to the
terms and conditions as stated within the policy for up to a total of 120 days
in any one period of insurance. Please
note the above is a summary of the cover available to amateur golfers who
are residents of the United Kingdom and should be read together with the full
terms and conditions of the insurance, copies of which can be supplied on request.
These insurances are subject to the laws of the United Kingdom. LAW
APPLICABLE IN THIS CONTRACT The
parties are free to choose the law applicable to this Insurance Contract . Unless
specifically agreed to the contrary this Insurance shall be subject to the Law
of the United Kingdom. COMPLAINTS
PROCEDURE We
aim to provide a first class service. However should you have any enquiry or complaint
please contact Golf Today. If, after taking this action, you are not satisfied
you may ask the Complaints Department at LIoyd's to review the matter without
