Justin Rose wins BMW with TaylorMade R11 and Corza Ghost
September 19, 2011

TaylorMade-adidas Golf Tour Staff professional Justin Rose shook off inclement weather and numerous charging competitors on Sunday at Cog Hill to win the BMW Championship. Rose, playing the R11 driver and the Corza Ghost putter, missed only two putts inside of 10 feet throughout the week to win the FedEx Cup’s third playoff event. As NBC Sports golf analyst Johnny Miller noted during the back nine on Sunday, “That white putter; if he wins, it’s going to be because of what he did inside ten feet." Rose has used the Corza Ghost in all of his three PGA Tour wins.

The win elevates Rose to No. 3 in the FedEx Cup Playoffs, which conclude in Atlanta next week with the TOUR Championship.

Rose's victory represents the eighth R11 driver win on the PGA Tour and its 42nd worldwide Tour win this year, more than any other brand. BMW Championship runner-up John Senden also played the R11.

Justin claimed the BMW title wearing the adidas STREET shoe, a spike-less golf shoe scheudled for launch in Spring 2012 and available in-store across Europe from February.
