Cobra introduce the S2 Driver
January 11, 2010

The Cobra S2 Driver

Cobra today announced the launch of the new S2 Driver, a highly engineered, all-titanium driver with adjustable flight technology, that promises to deliver maximum distance and accuracy using four key features:

Hotter 9 Points Technology: using an advanced milled rhombus face insert combined with a thin titanium perimeter area, the S2 Driver promotes faster ball speeds and more consistent flight across the entire clubface.

Adjustable Flight Technology: the S2 is the first all-titanium Cobra driver to feature exclusive Adjustable Flight Technology (AFT), with three face angle settings (open, neutral and closed) that allow golfers to find the one setting that optimises ball flight for increased distance, improved accuracy and forgiveness.

Engineered Head Structure: the S2's optimised head shape with internal rib geometry provides a traditional address view with superior sound and feel.

Premium Fujikura Fit-on Max Shafts: the S2's shaft promotes ideal launch and spin characteristics for maximum distance.

The S2 offers straight neck and offset drivers for men and women, right- and left-handed, in a variety of lofts and shaft flexes. A range of sleek fairway metals, with steels heads and face insert, using the Fujikura Fit-on Max shaft, is also available (below).
