Ecco and Gore-Tex - dry feet guaranteed in all weathers
September 7, 2010

With summer drawing to a close and the weather inevitably taking a turn for the worse, now is the perfect time to get kitted out with a pair of Ecco golf shoes to guarantee your feet stay dry and comfortable through the winter. Famous for their innovation in footwear performance and design, the Danish company are one of the only golf shoe brands that use Gore-Tex in the manufacturing process of their golf shoes.

The gold standard in long-lasting waterproof protection, Gore-Tex is used by Ecco to protect a number of their golf shoes. This state-of-the-art technology ensures the foot stays dry and comfortable in all weather conditions and is achieved by placing a thin membrane between the leather upper and lining, preventing external moisture from penetrating the shoe while allowing the foot’s natural moisture to escape.

The Ecco World Class GTX golf shoe, with Gore-Tex technology

Ecco currently use Gore-Tex protection in their stylish, handcrafted World Class GTX (pictured above), the timeless New Classic GTX and the sporty Casual Cool GTX models, ensuring that golfers of all ages have a golf shoe to suit their individual tastes. The shoes also offer the comfort of a 2 year waterproof guarantee.
