Yonex Ezone SD driver - sensational driving...
October 17, 2011

New for 2012, Yonex's SD (for Straighter Direction - Superior Distance) Technology increases moment of inertia (MOI) and optimises launch angles to give more distance and accuracy with an effortless ball strike, abd lower your scores.

Yonex EZONE SD Driver

The new EZONE SD driver feature five key technologies:

1. Core Centre of Gravity

Developed in Japan, Core Centre of Gravity technology micro-adjusts the centre of gravity of the club to achieve an unprecedented expansion of the sweetspot so that it covers more of the face.

It is this movement that is unique to the EZONE range and provides players with maximised distance, power and control.

2 and 3. Carbon Graphite Crown and Inner Weight System

The combination of the Carbon Graphite Crown technology and Inner Weight System create the optimum centre of gravity.

4. Muscle Power Face

In partnership with the Muscle Power Face (right), this produces distance enhancing drives.

5. Nanospeed 200 shaft

Yonex’ expertise in composite graphite technology has lead to the creation of the new Nanospeed 200 shaft.

Incorporating Elastic Ti at the kick-point provides faster head speeds and reduced shaft deformation, for power and control through the ball strike generating maximum distance with accuracy.

The Yonex EZONE SD Driver comes in 9°, 10° & 12° lofts and with Stiff, Regular and Superlight shafts. There is also a left-handed 10.5° version with a regular shaft.
