This is a lovely unspoilt part of Spain, blessed with a great climate for golf. There are a selection of great golfing venues on offer, making it an upcoming region for visitors. We can highly recommend a golf holiday in the Costa Almeria.

One of the most popular golf resorts is the Desert Springs Resort, which offers a range of self catering accommodation options and the first desert style golf course to open in Europe. Nearby is another cracking course in Valle del Este, considered by many to be the best golf course in this part of Spain.

Further down the coast you can find another excellent desert style course at La Envia Golf Club, which offers superb views and a real challenge. Nearby is the Gary Player designed Almerimar Golf Course, featuring numerous water hazards, and also Alboran Golf, where bunkers are the main obstacle to a good score.

There are some great accommodation options available to, making this a great option for a long golf weekend. We have teamed up with Golfbreaks.com to offer you some great options on a golf holiday in the Costa Almeria.
