LESSON Twelve : Some final points for parents

When taking children out onto the golf course, remember that GOLF IS A GAME!

Although it is important to educate children on the rules and the etiquette of the game, keep the experience FUN!

The best start a parent can give their child when starting out on the golf course is to remain EXTREMELY PATIENT, ENCOURAGING and to stay RELAXED!

The first few rounds of golf for a child are so important. If the child perceives the game as too serious or hard work then their first impression of golf will be a negative one!

So when it comes to helping children, try to be a PATIENT parent, not a PUSHY parent!
