Acorn Blue offering North Cornwall golf properties
July 26, 2010

Haute couture Cornish-based developer Acorn Blue is offering holiday makers on the North Cornish coast the chance to transform their holiday into the ultimate lifestyle investment by purchasing a stylish holiday home at one of its four exclusive developments - Zinc, Azure, Cribbar and Pearl - all of which overlook the world famous Fistral Beach on Headland Road, Newquay's very own 'Millionaire's Row'.

Regarded as the experience capital of the UK , Newquay is a trendy coastal destination and one of Cornwall 's largest and most vibrant holiday resorts. The town dubbed the 'coast of dreams' attracts some 750,000 visitors a year, all drawn to North Cornwall's stunning scenery and Newquay's vibrant amenities and spectacular beaches, especially Fistral Beach, one of the most spectacular beaches and major surfing centres on the South West coast. It is largely due to these delights in Newquay that Cornwall has just been declared the Best UK Holiday Destination at the British Travel Awards, as voted by the UK public.

From families to friends, children to grandparents, Newquay offers something for everyone. For the adventure lover, surfing, cycling, golf, horse-riding, fishing, kite surfing, wakeboarding, power kiting and coasteering are just some of the activities that can be enjoyed.

For those looking for something a little more relaxing there is a host of indoor and outdoor attractions in the town and the surrounding area: from coastal walks, shopping in the local boutiques, enjoying drinks or food in one of the many bars, restaurants and cafes, to a visit to Tate St Ives, the Minack Theatre or the Eden Project - there's something for everyone to while away their day.

So if you are looking to make the move from holiday to holiday home and want to invest in your very own bedrooms by THE beach, one of Acorn Blue's stylish beachfront properties is just the answer.

The four contemporary and design-led schemes offer the most desirable new-build apartments in Cornwall . Each development is located on Headland Road and offers stunning views of Fistral Beach , Newquay Links Golf Course and the Atlantic Ocean . Yet each scheme is individual by design and offers a unique living space that has been created by different architects.

These landmark developments offer a new standard in contemporary beachside living, complete with striking architecture and chic designs - a calibre of beachside properties not seen in the UK coastal market ever before. A property within an Acorn Blue development overlooking Fistral Beach is fast becoming a 'must have' for the discerning buyer. From the initial concept through to interior design each new home is designed to maximise its very special location together with the lifestyle of its residents.

Nicola Markham, Sales Director for Acorn Blue commented: " Fistral Beach , North Cornwall is not only a fantastic place to visit but a fantastic place to set up home. Our range of exclusive apartments on Headland Road provides Newquay holidaymakers with the perfect lifestyle and financial investment opportunity and their chance to invest in their very own slice of the prestigious Headland Road . Not to mention the fact they will be able to make their visits to the coastal town a lot more frequent and fun - something not achieved simply by a weekend or week long stay at a B&B or hotel in the area."
