Quiz the experts at The Golf Show
September 6, 2010

Delegates attending The Golf Show can quiz a panel of coaching and retail experts on subjects that matter to them in events held in the style of famous BBC programme Question Time .
The Golf Show, to be held at the Harrogate International Centre from October 26-28, is open to all PGA professionals across the continent and is set to become Europe's most influential golf trade and educational event.
The panels will be held immediately after the show in the Queen's Suite on the Tuesday and Wednesday, with the Retail Panel sitting on the first day, followed by the Coaching Panel the following night.
Experts from the golf retail world, including Eddie Reid, TGI Golf Managing Director, Paul Hedges, Foremost Golf CEO, Caroline Griffiths, Crown Golf Group Retail Manager and Nicky Lumb, PGA professional and owner of two golf superstores, will answer questions from delegates.
The following night delegates will have the chance to quiz experts from the field of coaching on all aspects of golf coaching, from best practice methods to hints and tips on educating golfers.
The panel will consist of world renowned coach Scott Cranfield, Neil Plimmer, a Golf Monthly Top 25 coach, national team coach David Brookes, Graeme McDowall, lecturer in Performance Golf at Elmwood College and Adrian Bishop, a Today's Golfer Elite Coach.
David Colclough, PGA Head of Members Education, who will chair the coaching panel, said: "These panels will give delegates the opportunity to find the answers to their issues directly from the experts. Through these panels pros can get answers on the issues that matter to them from five people who are proven experts in the field."
Delegates will be able to pose questions to panellists by visiting The Golf Show's website - - where they will find a section called 'Ask the Experts.'
"The panels give us the opportunity to continue the trend of tailoring the education aspects of the show to suit the needs of PGA pros attending," added Colclough.
PGA professionals registering for The Golf Show are able to influence the show's seminar programme, by ranking their preferred speakers during the registration process.
A wide range of speakers and seminars are available for selection, covering all aspects of the golf industry, including experts from the field of coaching, business and marketing.
