Peak Performance increasing sponsorship of European Tour
April 15, 2010

Peak Performance is the official sponsor for the 2010 Nordea Scandinavian Masters, 22-25 July at Bro Hof Slott Golf Course. As official clothing sponsor, Peak Performance has created a special collection for all the tournament officials and fellow workers.

"During the last few years we have sponsored several tournaments in Europe but it’s an honour to sponsor such a prestigious event in our own country and on Sweden’s finest course. It gives us the opportunity to strengthen our brand further", says Jonas Ottosson, CEO of Peak Performance.

Scandinavian Masters is the second largest tournament after the British Open in terms of audience. The first tournament took place back in 1991. Nordea will be the title sponsor and Bro Hof Slott GC will be their long-term partner who will be hosting the event for eight years from 2010.

"Working closely together with Peak Performance is entirely along the lines of our ambition with the Scandinavian Masters. Together with the possibilities which are given at our new course Bro Hof Slott, I am expecting a fantastic competition", says Fredrik Nilsmark, CEO of Nordea Scandinavian Masters.

Peak Performance is sponsoring two other events on the European Tour Omega European Masters in Crans-Montana, Switzerland and the KLM Open in Hilversumche, Netherlands. In addition to these events Peak Performance also sponsors a selected team of talented golf players, who include, among others: Fredrik Jacobson, Peter Hedblom, Helen Alfredsson, Linda Wessberg and Marianne Skarpnord.

Peak Performance has been manufacturing golf attire since 1992. The brand consider it’s sponsorship of three different events on the European Tour to be a receipt of Peak Performance value as a brand on the global golf market and it’s ambition to open new doors to new markets.
