The K Club introduces lower price point

Firstlight The K Club has introduced a new lower price point for its fractional ownership properties which will make property ownership at the exclusive and award-winning five star resort and golf course more accessible for second home buyers. This is in response to feedback from potential buyers about how they wish to use their property and their intended usage requirement over an annual period.

The K Club is one of the world’s most famous five-star golf and spa resorts and the luxurious properties are set within an outstanding 550-acre country estate in County Kildare, just 30 minutes south of Dublin. A key asset of the resort is the magnificent 18th century chateau-style hotel, which has received many accolades, including most recently the ‘AA Ireland Hotel of the Year’ for 2010/2011.

The introduction of a new 1/16th fraction across all properties will mean that deeded equity ownership now starts from as little as €65,750/£55,000 for three weeks per annum usage of a 2 bed apartment overlooking the Palmer Smurfit Golf Course, €90,750/£76,815 for a 3 bedroom house, and €149,950 /£126,901 for a 4 bedroom house with designer kitchen and garden. One eighth fractions with six weeks usage remain on offer and prices start from €131,500/£111,679.

Some fine tuning has also been made to the annual service fees paid by apartment owners in recognition that not all members of the family will want to play golf. For apartment owners one member of the family has inclusive golf membership, and further memberships are available at an additional levy. This has halved the annual service fees previously charged bringing it to less than €4000/£3385.
