BunkerFEST 2 being held in May
March 8, 2011

After the great success of the inaugural BunkerFEST last year, Bunker Mentality one of Europe's most fashionable golf clothing brands, are doing it all again this year. BunkerFEST is the brands own unique golf event and will be held at the De Vere Belton Woods golf resort on the 8/9 th of May 2011. It's a very lively event with a great atmosphere and is all about golf, golf, golf + music and good times!

Bunker Mentality's Robert Hart said: "We had such a great time last year at the first BunkerFEST. The customer feedback was fantastic. We wanted to do it again in September but Belton Woods was fully booked. BunkerFEST is about having lots of fresh and original golf options, some fun, some serious but all creating a unique atmosphere. The first day we have the 'Fun Lovin 18' where we set up several holes with special features making things more interesting and challenging. The second day we have a Team Am/Am event where everyone gets mixed with new playing partners. Throughout the first day we have DJ's playing music creating a festival atmosphere all topped off with a great party at night."

BunkerFEST2 is taking place again at the De Vere Belton Woods where the staff under Head Pro Andy Cameron are very excited at the prospect. Andy Cameron says " We do lots and lots of golf days here but BunkerFEST is something quite different... it's a great event and this year they want to put a gong in the lake and see if players can hit it from the tee! Very BunkerFEST, we can't wait".

The BunkerFEST 2 day event is open to male and female golfers of all skill levels with several Bunker Mentality pro's also playing. There are many prizes to be won throughout the event and Bunker are open to having other golf company's come along to promote their products. Stewart Golf are attending and showcasing their products as well as providing major prizes.

Bunker Mentality anticipates the BunkerFEST event taking place several times a year, a second is already planned for September and possibly another in Germany before the end of 2011. Bunker Mentality Brand Director Robert Hart says :" We are actively looking for a home for the event and having talks with several major resort hotels to that end. We are looking for a hotel partner who like what we are doing and want to help grow the event from the current 100 players to 200 players and beyond".
