October 25, 2011

Strutt & Parker is instructed to sell Oaksey Park and Golf Club on behalf of SD Maddison and RN Lewis of PwC LLP, joint administrators.

With the cottages generating a good income and the possibilities of selling the cottages individually, creating a residential investment property and developing 12 more units there is real scope to grow the business and generate strong investment returns.

Chris Gooch handling the sale said "with the Cotswolds increasing popularity as a short break destination and the growing trend for "staycations", the sale of Oaksey Park presents a great opportunity to acquire a thriving holiday businesses in an attractive and affluent part of the country within striking distance of London."

The guide price is £3,000,000.
