ZAVIDOVO, PGA National President Alexander Yarunin said "We are delighted to support Maria to help her reach her potential. It is our dream to see Russian Golfers at the forefront of European golf and we feel Maria will inspire the youth of Russia."

"The club aims to develop an active family vacation resort and will welcome juniors to the facility. We see this as vitally important in the growth of the game in Russia and ensuring PGA National Russia and Zavidovo are a success" continued Yarunin.

"I would like to thank the officials at ZAVIDOVO, PGA National for their support and I am excited about the opportunity to help grow the popularity of the game of golf in Russia" said Maria. "I am looking forward to the new PGA National golf course opening in Zavidovo next year and getting involved in the programs that the club are developing to grow the game" she added.
