Braemar Golf opens Pravets Golf Club

Braemar Golf are delighted to announce that Pravets Golf Club will officially open this fabulous 18-hole course, designed by the internationally acclaimed architect Peter Harradine, together with its stylish clubhouse over the weekend of May 14th and 15th. This will mark the end of the final stage of the building of the luxurious Pravets Golf & SPA resort, which also features a 4* RIU hotel, conference centre for 500 people, 3000 m2 SPA centre, including an Olympic-size open pool, casino and tennis courts.

Special guests of the event will be the golf course architect Peter Harradine and Ian Randell, Executive Director of the PGAs of Europe, with Pravets Golf Club hosting the PGA Professional Championship of Europe between September 25th and 30th, 2011 and for the following two years.

A range of events are to be held over this weekend including golf clinics and competitions for beginners in the state of the art golf academy, demonstration of new models of Cleveland golf clubs, long drive competition and much more. The weekend concludes with the inaugural Braemar Golf Team Challenge being played for. This golf event will include within its field some of the business, political and show-business elite of Bulgaria, recognizing the achievement of Pravets Golf Club and its owners Terra Tour Services.

As official carrier of the opening and the PGA Professional Championship, Renault will offer guests a test drive of their new model - The Latitude.
