The world's "sexiest golfer" enjoys break at La Manga
December 2, 2011

The world's "sexiest golfer" has just returned to the UK following a visit to La Manga Club, the world's best multi-sport resort.

Sophie Horn, personal trainer, model, TV presenter and Bleacher Report 's sexiest female golfer of 2010, was so taken with her first visit to the resort in May, when she was filming with Golfing World TV, that she arranged another break for last month.

She said: "I always enjoy my time at La Manga Club. It's a great place to play golf and recharge."

After her first visit in May, she was fulsome in her praise of the resort. She wrote: "La Manga Club... certainly surpassed any possible expectations I could have had. La Manga Club pretty much has every facility you could imagine and all at a five-star standard.

"I stayed in the main hotel and was lucky enough to play the North course a couple of times. I played some of the best golf I have in months so I have to say I kind of fell in love with this stretch. The fairways were literally like carpets and the greens were a dream - just a little faster than the greens us Norfolk folk are accustomed to.

"I can't wait to go back... I miss La Manga Club already."

Part of the attraction for a keen sportswoman like Horn is the outstanding and varied offerings at the resort. La Manga Club boasts unrivalled facilities as a sport and leisure venue including three 18-hole championship golf courses, a 28-court tennis centre and a 2,000sqm spa and fitness centre.

It also offers the choice of a five-star hotel, four-star serviced apartments and townhouses, more than 20 bars and restaurants and great fun for children.
