Moroccan final for 2012 Banks & Brokers Golf Championship
February 13, 2012

Teams are now able to enter the seventh annual Banks and Brokers Golf Championship which will culminate in a luxury Grand Final in Morocco in early November.

The event provides golfers from the financial services sector with the chance to battle for golfing supremacy among their peers whilst helping to raise funds for STAR4Africa, a UK-based charity dedicated to providing opportunities and support for children in Africa.

A maximum of 18 teams of four will scrap it out in two qualifying events - at Chart Hills Golf Club on 12th July and Brocket Hall on August 6th - for the right to jet off to Morocco for a truly amazing three-day golfing experience.

The top two scoring teams from both Chart Hills and Brocket Hall will qualify to take part in the Grand Final which will be staged on the fabulous Royal Dar Es Salaam Golf Course near Rabat in Morocco. For those lucky enough to make the trip, the Grand Final package includes:

FREE - B&B accommodation for 3 Nights in the luxurious Sofitel Rabat Hotel

FREE - Cocktail Party with canapés

FREE - Gala Dinner with Prizes presentation ceremony

FREE - 2 rounds of Golf on the Royal Dar Es Salam Golf Course

FREE - Return flights from London to Casablanca

FREE - Transfers - Casablanca Airport, Hotel and Golf Course

Just fifteen minutes from the centre of Rabat Royal Golf Dar Es Salaam is one of Morocco's truly prestigious golfing institutions, home to two splendid Robert Trent Jones fashioned courses and a regular host to the European Tour's Morocco Open.

With an excellent chance of being on the plane for the complimentary Grand Final, and with a number of other fantastic prizes on offer - including golf holidays and the latest equipment - tournament organisers JN Marketing are banking on entries filling up fast. It is also possible to enter teams in both events to increase ones chances of success.

Last year's winning team captain Jose Martinez from MF Global said: "Great fun and well organized, the Banks and Brokers Golf Championship is a unique opportunity for people working in a high-pressure sector to unwind and take on their contemporaries in a friendly, yet competitive environment, while helping to raise funds for a very worthwhile cause. "And of course there's a great trip to be had if you qualify for the final."

The Banks and Brokers Golf Championship is open to all companies and individuals but is aimed primarily at corporations, individuals and other bodies operating in financial services and other related sectors such as energy, commodities and precious metals.
