ClubstoHire.com launches Algarve pairs tournament
February 6, 2012

ClubstoHire.com - Ryder Cup hero Paul McGinley's off-course business venture - has launched a new five-star pairs' competition which will take place on three fabulous courses in the Algarve during May.

The three-night, three-round event will see golfers play on three outstanding courses - the new, highly acclaimed Onyria Palmares; Quinta do Lago South; and Laranjal - while staying at the five-star Crowne Plaza Vilamoura, from May 24-27.

And there is no need to splash out on exorbitant airline charges to take your golf clubs to the event, as entry includes complimentary hire of a set of top-of-the-range clubs - choose from TaylorMade (including R11), Callaway, Wilson or MD Golf - from the ClubstoHire.com outlet at Faro airport.

Entry, which costs €495 per person, includes accommodation, three rounds of golf on championship golf courses, transfers from the airport and to the courses each day and a gala dinner and prizegiving on the final night.

The tournament is just the latest initiative from the Ireland-based ClubstoHire.com - now open in seven airports in Europe - which is revolutionising golf travel in terms of baggage costs. As well as saving consumers significant outlay - more than £500,000 to date - the company's success also comes from providing golfers with a seamless booking process, top-brand equipment choices and a liberating travel experience.

A broad equipment range is offered with options available from TaylorMade, Callaway, Wilson and MD Golf; all clubs are offered - left or right-handed, ladies and men's - and hire is available from just one day to a full four weeks. For those wishing to travel extra-light, shoe hire is also available. The service couldn't be easier to use - you just order on-line ahead of travel and pick up the hire set at your destination.
