Evolutee Hotel at Royal Óbidos Spa & Golf Resort under construction

The construction works for the Evolutee Hotel at Royal Óbidos Spa & Golf Resort are well under way. The opening is forecast for the end of the 1st half of 2014.

This 5-star boutique hotel will offer 40 rooms and extensive facilities including a spa, health club, two swimming pools (indoor and outdoor), a restaurant, several bars and a conference centre. The impeccable interior design has been developed by the world renowned yoo Studio, the international property design brand founded by John Hitchcox and Philippe Starck, two of the most distinct names in international property design.

Great views of the Atlantic Ocean, the Royal Obidos golf course and the Lagoa de Óbidos, Portugal's largest lagoon, complement the hotel facilities. Which will deliver high quality services.

Hotel Residences

Adjacent to the hotel reside the hotel residences. With interiors designed by Jade Jagger for yoo, the "hotel residences" will allow a more versatile tourist offer, each of which can be used as two independent apartments, T0 and T1 typologies.

About Royal Óbidos Spa & Golf Resort

Royal Óbidos Spa & Golf Resort, mainly owned by MSF TUR.IM, includes a touristic and residential complex, as well as an 18 hole golf course, designed by Severiano Ballesteros.

Located in Portugal´s west region, only 45 minutes from Lisbon Airport, the Royal Óbidos 336 acres site is perfectly situated and will feature low density construction with the 630 touristic units offering spectacular views of the Óbidos Lagoon, the Atlantic Ocean and the golf course.

The development will include a five star hotel, with spa and conference rooms, linked to hotel residences, as well as private and common area pools, tennis and padel courts and a "bowling green", pedestrian and cycle paths, restaurants, bars and shops. 

The golf course integrates harmoniously with the natural environment, taking advantage of the ground undulation, and has a total length of 6,400 meters. A well equipped clubhouse, with a restaurant, spike bar, pro shop and gold academy, overlooks nine of the 18 holes. The terrace offers an ideal post-round venue, where owners and visitors to Royal Óbidos can enjoy spectacular views.

Its classified as a PIN project (Project of National Interest) by the Portuguese Agency of Investment.
