Leeds Golf Centre in partnership with HA Fox Jaguar

April 3, 2013

Leeds Golf Centre has today announced a new long-term exclusive partnership with H.A. Fox Jaguar of Leeds, bringing together the home of modern golf with one of the largest franchised car dealers in the UK.

The new deal offers a range of mutual benefits including customer discounts, corporate memberships, product placement, point of sale branding and cooperative marketing. H.A. Fox Jaguar of Leeds also becomes the driving range sponsor for two years. In addition, Leeds Golf Centre will host the "H.A. Fox Jaguar Classic" in September, a two-day event in association with the Yorkshire PGA.

Following a multimillion pound redesign, Leeds Golf Centre's new-look facility has achieved critical acclaim with local golfers and golf day organisers. Offering a more memorable and more complete experience than ever before at the heart of Yorkshire's premium location for golf, the venue is ideally suited to host company and group golf days as well as more ad-hoc visits to play or learn the game.

H.A. Fox Jaguar of Leeds forms part of the highly successful Inchcape Retail Group. With nine easily accessible Jaguar retail centres nationwide, including the flagship branch in Leeds, they are renowned for offering outstanding customer service and preserving Jaguar's prestigious heritage whilst providing a superb strategic base from which a younger demographic can be targeted for the brand's impressive collection of new models.

Leeds Golf Centre's Operations Manager, Nigel Sweet, said: "We have always been proud of our capacity to work with strategic partners here at Leeds Golf Centre and we believe our new partnership with H.A. Fox Jaguar of Leeds demonstrates our commitment to work with brands that share common values. Like us, the Jaguar marque has been transformed in recent years - echoes of its past are still visible but in the main, the brand and proposition has been fundamentally changed to appeal to a much more modern consumer. We are delighted to agree this mutually beneficial partnership and look forward to a long and successful relationship."

Dealer Principal at H.A. Fox Jaguar of Leeds, Garry Clayton, added: "It's a very exciting year for us at Jaguar, with the launch of our stunning new F-Type in April already creating waves in the motoring community. Our new partnership with Leeds Golf Centre is similarly exciting, especially because the two organisations are so closely aligned in terms of quality, customer care, ambition and style. It's an important partnership and we are very much looking forward to gathering additional sales momentum for our superb range of cars via exposure at the home of modern golf."
