WeDoGolf continues to grow

February 19, 2016

South West golf company WeDoGolf has added a number of impressive new additions to its line up as it celebrates its first year in business and sets out its ambitions for the future.

The company, which was formed last year by Nick Tedesco and ex Barclays Corporate manager Simon Pyne, specialises in golf events, travel and merchandise.

The 5 new faces are European Tour Professional Scott Drummond as Brand Ambassador; Professional and ex-England international Mike Reynard and former pro David Wright will focus on business development; Elfordleigh Vice Captain Paul Mallett will grow revenue for WeDoGolf's state of the art golf simulator; and local businessman Andy Blacklock joins as a Director to assists on brand development and golf property strategy.

The investment in its team has resulted in WeDoGolf opening its first office at Borringdon Park Golf Club in Plymouth where golfers can drop in to discuss their ideas in a relaxed setting.

Simon Pyne, Director at WeDoGolf, said: “We've made an excellent start and are experiencing strong demand right across the business. This year we are looking forward to expanding and enhancing our connections with golf venues across the UK and Europe for the benefit of our growing list of clients."

Nick Tedesco, Director at WeDoGolf, explained: “Specialist advice from real golfers is a real differentiator for us so we are delighted to add some high calibre golfers to our team and open up the new office. Our aim is to grow our brand both here in South West and across the UK by adding real value for golfers booking tours or special events.”
