Holders Spain and last year's
beaten finalists Australia are among the 16 nations who will
compete in October's Alfred Dunhill Cup team golf event.
Three times winners the United States, along with England,
Ireland and South Africa -- who have all won twice -- will also
be at St Andrews, Scotland, on October 12-15, organisers said on
Tuesday.
The format remains unchanged, with the 16 three-man teams
drawn into four round-robin groups, from which each winner
advances to the semifinals.
Prize money totals one million pounds ($1.50 million), with
the winning team sharing 300,000 pounds ($450,500).
Teams: Argentina, Australia, China, France, England,
Germany, Ireland, Japan, New Zealand, Scotland, South Africa,
Spain, Sweden, United States, Wales, Zimbabwe.
