Furyk withdraws from Tour Championship

Jim Furyk has withdrawn fromthis weekend's Tour Championship with a wrist injury, while Jesper Parnevik might not play due to a hip injury.

The tournament is for the PGA Tour's top 30 money winners.

Furyk is the 11th leading money winner, while Parnevikisfifth onthemoneylist. Parnevik underwent arthroscopic hip surgery late last month and is being examined today to determine whetherornot he will be able to play.

Tournament rules don't allow replacements. Furyk wontheDoral-Ryder Open, while Parnevik is a two-time winner this season.
